Can I get a sample before placing an order?
Yes, stock samples are free of charge. For custom designs, a sampling cost applies. Courier freight is covered by the customer via FedEx, UPS, TNT, or DHL.

What are the payment terms for mass production?
We require a 30% deposit before production and the 70% balance upon shipment, typically via T/T. LC, DP, and DA are also acceptable.
