We manufacture specialized barrier bottles through a process called "co-extrusion". Co-extrusion combines different types of plastic material together. This gives our bottles the strength necessary to contain aggressive chemicals (e.g. pesticides) that would otherwise deteriorate and deform other packaging solutions.
Gasket: 6 layers of composite gasket ensure great barrier performance of the cap.
Sealing Method: Combined with electromagnetic induction sealing machines to achieve a completely sealed effect.
Our state-of-the-art facilities encompass over 60,000 square meters of factory and office space. With a workforce of more than 500 skilled professionals, we utilize over 150 sets of injection-blow molding and fully automatic extrusion-blow molding machines.
