What is COEX bottle?
We manufacture specialized barrier bottles through a process called "co-extrusion". Co-extrusion combines different types of plastic material together. This gives our bottles the strength necessary to contain aggressive chemicals (e.g. pesticides) that would otherwise deteriorate and deform other packaging solutions.
Features and Benefits
- Secure Packaging: Designed for Pesticides & Agricultural Chemicals.
- Ultimate Chemical Resistance: Withstands aggressive solvents, acids, and alkalis (pH 1-14).
- Superior Barrier: Oxygen & Moisture Barrier 10x better than standard HDPE.
- Extended Shelf Life: EVOH layer reduces oxygen transmission, extending shelf life by 18+ months.
Multi-Layer Technology
Gasket: 6 layers of composite gasket ensure great barrier performance of the cap.
Sealing Method: Combined with electromagnetic induction sealing for a completely leak-proof effect.
