We manufacture specialized barrier bottles through a process called "co-extrusion". Co-extrusion combines different types of plastic material together. This gives our bottles the strength necessary to contain aggressive chemicals (e.g. pesticides) that would otherwise deteriorate and deform other packaging solutions.
Gasket: 6 layers of composite gasket ensure great barrier performance of the cap.
Sealing Method: Combined with electromagnetic induction sealing for a completely leak-proof effect.
Our state-of-the-art facilities encompass over 60,000 square meters of factory space. Our manufacturing arsenal includes over 150 sets of injection-blow molding machines and fully automatic extrusion-blow molding machines.
