Generally, it takes about 4 weeks for preparation if the mold exists. For items in stock, we can ship immediately upon order confirmation.
Q3: Can I have a custom designed and mock-up sample?
Yes, we design and construct each project according to customer needs. We can also provide mock-up samples quickly after receiving your design.
Q4: Is there a minimum order requirement?
Our minimum order quantity is 10,000 pcs per model. We recommend ordering a 20" GP or 40" HC to reduce unit prices and shipping costs.
Q5: Can I get a sample?
Yes, stock items can be sent immediately. New customers provide an express account for freight collect; existing customers may receive free samples for certain items.
