A: Yes, we accept small orders. The standard MOQ is 3000 PCS.
Q: What about the cost of sample and sample time?
A: Free samples are available for routine models. Custom logo samples take 7-10 days, while existing samples can be sent within 1-3 days.
Q: If we are not satisfied with your product, what should we do?
A: All products are of good quality. We can remake samples or replace defective products in mass production.
Q: Which payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept TT and Paypal. Usually, a 30% deposit in advance and 70% balance before shipment.
Q: How about the lead time for large orders?
A: For orders below 100,000 PCS, the lead time is about 2 to 3 weeks. Larger orders will be confirmed based on actual requirements.
Q: Can you offer OEM/ODM service?
A: Yes, both OEM and ODM services are welcome for customized logos and packaging.
