What is your Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?
Our MOQ is flexible: 100 pieces for stock items, and 5,000-12,000 pieces for standard production. For customized products, the MOQ is negotiable based on mold complexity.
Can I get a sample before placing a bulk order?
Yes. Standard samples are free (shipping cost excluded). Customized samples require 7-15 working days and a small mold fee, which is refundable upon bulk order.
How can I customize my own design?
Simply send us your high-resolution artwork (AI, PSD, or PDF). If you don't have a design, our in-house team can create free mockups based on your brand ideas.
How do you guarantee product quality?
We use a 3-step QC system: pre-production sample validation, in-production supervision with real-time updates, and a 100% final inspection before shipment.
What are the lead times for production?
Standard samples take 3-7 working days. Mass production generally takes 10-45 working days, depending on the order scale and customization requirements.
What logistics and payment terms do you offer?
We accept T/T (50% deposit) and PayPal. Logistics options include express (DHL/FedEx), sea freight, and air freight with door-to-door solutions.
