Frequently Asked Questions
Q1: What materials are used in your sprayers?
Our sprayers are made from food-safe PP and PE plastics with a stainless steel spring. We strictly do not use POM or Rubber, which minimizes the risk of harmful compound release in medical solutions.
Q2: What are your clean room standards?
Our manufacturing facilities utilize 10,000-level (ISO-7) purification workshops. This is a higher standard than the 100,000-level standard commonly used by many other manufacturers.
Q3: Do your products have pharmaceutical certifications?
Yes, we hold ISO 15378 (GMP) certification specifically for pharmaceutical primary packaging. All materials have passed 3rd party testing based on FDA standards.
Q4: What are the available dosage options for the pumps?
Dosages typically range from 0.05ml to 0.14ml per spray. For topical sprayers, 0.18ml/t is also available. General dosage tolerance is within ±10%.
Q5: How are the sprayers fitting to the bottles?
We offer three main fitting types: Screw-on (refillable), Snap-on (non-reopened), and Crimp-on (tamper-evident aluminum closure).
Q6: What is the advantage of your "non-ball" pump structure?
The unique non-ball structure uses a contacting valve, providing better control and atomization. It is suitable for water-like liquids as well as thicker liquids and oils.
